Self Awareness is a self-change when you look at from a detached perspective that will cause change to happen on an unconscious level.
1. Make a list of all your good points. Survey them carefully.
2. Read, it can help you program your mind.
3. Take up a hobby. It will give you a sense of achievement that you are capable of doing something that other people are not capable of.
4. Join a club. You get to associate with other likeminded people. Join in some of the activities that they do. Once you find people you can relate to, you can then grow together.
5. Attend workshops. Think of the things that you are interested in and join workshops.
6. Join a gym. There is nothing like it to boost your confidence.
